Shipping policy
We have a transparent shipping policy, and do not offer free shipping. Here's why:
When it boils down to it, no shipping is ever free - it’s either worked into the cost of the item or directly paid at checkout.
That’s why we're transparent in our shipping prices - we do not build in the cost of shipping. The price it costs for us to ship your order will be what you see and pay at checkout.
My Group Project (MGP) does not confirm shipping addresses - we use what buyer provides at checkout. Therefore, My Group Project is not responsible for items returned to sender due to incorrect address. In order to re-send package to new address, buyer must pay additional full shipping cost.
Lost, stolen, and non-deliverable packages
My Group Project is not responsible for lost or stolen goods. When selecting a shipping method, please be aware that USPS Ground Advantage and Priority Mail both include package tracking and insurance, but the Sticker Only Rate does not include either.
In the event of lost or stolen packages, it is the responsibility of the buyer to file the necessary claim(s) with the postal service.
In the event of a non-deliverable package where the package was returned to sender, it is the responsibility of the buyer to reach out to MGP to coordinate next steps. The buyer must reach out within 90 days of the date the package was delivered back to the sender. Should the buyer wish to have the package re-sent, the buyer is responsible for covering any new shipping fees.
Return/Exchange policy
Due to the nature of our store, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
Handcrafting items takes a lot of skill, energy, and time, and we choose to dedicate those resources to making, not returning/exchanging. We appreciate your understanding.
That being said, if your order arrives with any issues, please contact us as soon as possible so we can work towards a solution with you. We stand by our products and want to make sure you have the best quality items we offer!
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us promptly if there are any issues.
If the packaging is damaged, take a photo before opening for package insurance purposes.
If the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item contact us, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. For all apparel items, damages will only be evaluated if the original tags are still attached to the item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
